Heath Quartet with Jaren Ziegler (viola)
The Heath Quartet was formed in 2002 at the Royal Northern College of Music. They have won numerous awards over the years and the 23/24 season saw the quartet return to the USA with concerts in Minnesota, New Hampshire and Vermont. They performed the opening concert in the refurbished Brighton Corn Exchange and continue their longstanding relationship with Wigmore Hall, with three recitals over the season.
Jaren Ziegler won the BBC Young Musician String Final in 2022, aged 16, becoming the first violist in the competition’s history to do so.
